I’m an entry-level IT support candidate pursuing practical experience through an internship, applying foundational technical support skills in a real business environment. I’ve completed Cisco NetAcad’s IT Support (certificate of completion) and Network Technician path, and I’m currently pursuing a BSc in Cybersecurity.

I’m comfortable with software-side troubleshooting, ticketing systems, tier 1 support fundamentals, escalation, and clear customer communication.
