What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a results-oriented role where I can combine visa/immigration expertise with structured project execution, KPI/OKR tracking, and strong stakeholder communication to drive client satisfaction and continuous process improvement.

I’m an Immigration and Tourism Specialist focused on visa consulting and client satisfaction, with hands-on experience creating reports, templates, and executing projects. At Expatgroup, I managed corporate and VIP clients, handled and interpreted documentation, and supported global customers with assertive communication.

I also strengthen performance through structured planning and measurement—building KPI tracking tools, planning incentives, and generating reports to standardize internal processes. Earlier roles expanded my commercial and stakeholder experience through onboarding, tracking applications in government systems, sales reporting as a Booking agent, and leading university relations and campaigns at AIESEC.
