What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a product-operations role where I can drive KPI-led experimentation, streamline high-volume flows, and strengthen QA/compliance and partner operations—working cross-functionally to improve conversion and reduce drop-off with measurable impact.

I’m a Product & Operations professional with 3+ years of growth inside a global tech company, focused on application flow optimization, QA, A/B testing, KPI management, partner operations, and cross-functional execution. I’ve improved completion rates and reduced rejection and drop-off by linking insights directly to experiments and building scalable processes for high-volume products (140+ travel documents).

In my current role, I lead KPI tracking (CES, drop-off, DUFR, rejection, incomplete), run A/B testing cycles end-to-end, and conduct monthly user tests to evaluate form friction, clarity, and completion time. I also build quarterly roadmaps balancing innovation, fixes, and business goals, while serving as a primary point of contact for cross-functional alignment, expectations, and risk escalation.
