I am Dasson. I build and scale revenue teams across borders.

I’m a partnership-led operator with hands-on experience growing FX brokerage, Web3, and DeFi businesses through country expansion, IB/MIB ecosystems, and strategic alliances across APAC, MENA, LATAM, and EU.

In FX, I’ve led regional partnership growth as a Global Partnership Team Lead, owning country-level expansion strategies, recruiting and activating IB/MIB networks, and driving measurable results — including $550K+ in net deposits and 7,000+ lots traded. I work closely with compliance, payments, and operations to ensure growth scales cleanly, not recklessly.

In Web3, I’ve operated across exchanges, DeFi protocols, and ecosystems, managing token listings, partnerships, and community growth. My experience spans commercial evaluation, ecosystem partnerships, KOL collaboration, offline events, and user onboarding — contributing to outcomes like $2.5M AUM managed, 21 token listings, and communities scaled from 5K to 100K+ users.

I’m most effective in roles where I can:

- Own country or regional P&L

- Build and manage local leaders, IBs, and partners

- Bridge commercial growth with compliance and execution

- Represent the business externally with partners, affiliates, and industry stakeholders

I’m currently focused on Country Manager, Head of Partnerships, or Regional Director opportunities in FX, Web3, or crossover environments where execution, leadership, and accountability matter more than titles.
