I’m looking for CS leadership opportunities across Europe—where I can lead people with a coaching-first style, own retention and growth outcomes, and apply AI-enabled automation to improve how teams operate in fast-changing environments.

I’m a people manager and customer success leader with 11+ years of international experience building, coaching, and developing high-performing teams across technology, global mobility, and premium client services. I’m coaching-first by design—setting clear standards, holding the mirror up with directness and care, and building teams that operate with genuine autonomy.

I consistently own commercial outcomes—retention, renewals, and growth—while developing the people responsible for delivering them. I thrive in ambiguous, high-change environments and am comfortable building the playbook while executing against it, including escalation handling and at-risk account management.

As an active AI practitioner, I use Claude, ChatGPT, and workflow automation tools (like Notion AI and workflow automation practices) to change how teams operate and measurably improve efficiency.
