I’ve worked in customer-facing roles at Marriott International, Sears, and Radio Shack, handling incident reports, guest support, and same-day issue resolution while keeping computer systems updated for accurate order capture. I’m currently enrolling at Seminole State College in Information System Technology, moving toward a software engineering path.

My skill set spans Java, Python, Cisco network systems, and information system security, supported by CompTIA A+ and hands-on problem solving. I’m looking to apply that mix to software Engineering and information system technology work where accuracy and troubleshooting really matter.
