As a forward-thinking and innovative professional, I play a key role in designing, streamlining, and optimizing payroll processes to enhance efficiency and ensure scalability. I am passionate about identifying opportunities for continuous improvement—whether through implementing smarter workflows, or developing performance tracking mechanisms that lead to measurable gains in productivity and accuracy.

Additionally, I am deeply invested in developing people. I create comprehensive training modules, deliver impactful training sessions, and mentor team members to build capability and confidence within payroll teams. Currently, I am a Team Leader at Africa HR Solutions, where I’m responsible for end-to-end operational planning, collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the accurate processing of payroll for a diverse client base across multiple countries. My role involves everything from setting strategic goals, process design, and reviewing workflows, to coaching team members and resolving complex escalations. The process improvements I’ve led, have increased efficiency and accuracy while building strong internal and external stakeholder relationships. To this date, I remain actively involved in end-to-end payroll processing, particularly for sensitive clients or during the implementation and stabilization phases

Previously, I worked as a Payroll Consultant and Payroll Specialist III at Africa HR Solutions and SD Worx, where I gained deep expertise in multi-country payroll (end-to-end processing) and compliance with complex legislation.

In addition to payroll, I have experience in accounts, administration, and quality control, which gives me a well-rounded operational perspective. My attention to detail, ability to adapt, and collaborative approach make me a strong leader and reliable partner to both clients and colleagues.
