What I'm looking for

A remote job is what i would look for. I am mostly in the payroll and Finance department. A managerial role is desired following my experiences in the fields.

I started my career as a teacher for 3 years then moved to the Mauritius Revenue Authority where i was posted in the Finance department. During my stay there, i find myself climbing the ladder taking up different roles for 7 years.

I then moved to an EOR company - Africa Deployments Services (ADS). I have had the opportunity to be Payroll Officer handling all the African countries’ payrolls. It did not take me long to be the Payroll and Finance Manager and handling my team and dealing with clients, employees and local partners throughout Africa and some other non-African countries too. I am currently employed at ADS for 4 years.

Throughout my career, I have developed a strong background in payroll, taxes and contributions along with the administrative work associated. I have successfully implemented a portal for all the relevant countries in my current employment too.

In always try to find time for doing things that fascinates me - swimming, deep sea diving, trekking and cooking.

Now being the Manager, I make sure targets are met by liasing with stakeholders. I manage the payroll team to ensure smooth running. I effect the payments to be sent to local countries. Managing reconciliations are also part of the job.
