Bei Tesla betreue ich als HR Operations Specialist den gesamten Employee Lifecycle für rund 3.000 Mitarbeitende und Führungskräfte in der DACH-Region, Belgien, Frankreich und den Niederlanden.

Ich bearbeite Vertragsänderungen, Beförderungen, Versetzungen, Austritte und Organisationsänderungen, sichere HR-Compliance und arbeite eng mit Payroll, Talent Acquisition und HR Business Partnern zusammen.

Zuvor verantwortete ich bei flaconi das End-to-End-Recruiting und beriet Führungskräfte zu Recruiting-Strategien und Talentgewinnung. Mein LL.M. in Wirtschaft & Recht verbindet Personalmanagement, Arbeitsrecht und die Entwicklung von HR-Business-Partner-Modellen.
