I’m a Project Manager with Product Owner experience and 5+ years of expertise delivering B2B SaaS, UCaaS, and IT infrastructure initiatives. I enjoy bringing structure to complex projects, aligning cross-functional teams, and turning business and customer needs into clear, actionable plans.

At Intermedia, I led end-to-end delivery across distributed Engineering, QA, UX, Product, Sales, Support, and partner teams. I managed roadmaps, backlogs, requirements, risks, and dependencies from discovery through launch.

My key initiatives included expanding a UCaaS platform across EMEA and Mexico, delivering improvements that supported enterprise deployments of up to 3,500 users across 150 locations, and introducing support for 20+ additional devices. I also delivered role-based access control, call-loop protection, and enhanced E911 management capabilities.

Previously, I managed IT infrastructure and system integration projects at HOST from presale through delivery, coordinating technical teams, customer requirements, timelines, risks, and budgets.
