I’m a Project Manager / Product Manager with 5+ years of experience in FinTech and digital project coordination. I translate business needs into clear requirements, coordinate cross-functional teams, and drive delivery using structured task planning and feedback loops.
In my current role, I’m leading an own mobile application project from concept to MVP completion. I own the product concept, feature structure, user scenarios, and task prioritization, and I prepare product requirements with business logic and acceptance criteria.
Previously, I managed operational and product tasks across loan approval, disbursement, risk processes, and customer retention. I coordinated backend/frontend, marketing, risk, and analytics teams, initiated CRM improvements, used Jira for tracking, and analyzed operational data to identify bottlenecks and drive workflow changes.
Earlier, as a Project Coordinator, I helped build partner acquisition and digital tools, including landing pages, bots, and content systems. I also led operations for a 52-person delivery service, focusing on training, planning, incident handling, and continuous service quality improvements.
