What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead product strategy and end-to-end delivery for complex B2B platforms, partnering closely with customers and cross-functional teams to turn high-value problems into scalable, reliably delivered products.

At ReferOn, I own product management and end-to-end delivery for a B2B SaaS affiliate-management platform in iGaming, spanning discovery, roadmaps, prioritization, releases and post-release support.

I've helped scale the platform from approximately 9 to 50 affiliate programs and from 30 to 110 brands. I streamlined planning and handoffs, established a regular production release cadence, and standardized CI/CD processes with Engineering.

I turn client workflows into scalable product capabilities, from payment management and automatic invoicing to integrations, migrations and predictive analytics partnerships. I balance customer needs, business value, technical constraints, risks and dependencies across Engineering, QA, Design, Integrations and Operations.

Across insurance, online gaming, CRM and SaaS, I've led analysts, defined requirements and roadmaps, and coordinated complex delivery with vendors, stakeholders and technical teams.
