At 3S Money, I built a payment-orchestration eligibility layer that screens transactions against partner requirements in real time. It retained a key banking partner, and I also turned an individual client request into a reusable platform capability that earned ~$300-400k and shipped in a single sprint.
I cut production incidents by 50% and post-release defects from 20% to under 10% through delivery-process changes. I also delivered regulatory reporting for a new jurisdiction and automated compliance workflows with LLM checks, cutting analyst case-handling time by about 10%.
On side projects, I built iClarus, a no-code onboarding platform, and launched Themost’s MVP in four weeks. For Themost, I used Amplitude funnel analysis and A/B testing to improve activation; I also built wfinder to analyze public blockchain activity and link related entities.
