What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a remote part-time, fractional or contract role in project or implementation management. I’m strongest in digital and e-commerce projects, systems implementation, vendor coordination, process improvement and cross-functional delivery. I’m particularly interested in travel, e-commerce, payments and other digital businesses.

At MARABU Airlines, I established the e-Commerce ecosystem from the ground up, leading PSP onboarding, commercial negotiations, contract reviews, and implementation. The platform’s digital product enhancements, payment optimisation, and customer journey improvements contributed to more than €1.5M in ancillary revenue.

As Customer Projects Lead, I lead digital transformation projects from business case and vendor selection through implementation and operational handover. I also established company-wide project management standards and governance, and act as business owner for NPS and CSAT reporting.

Previously, at Creditstar Estonia AS, I led business analysis and process optimisation initiatives across European markets. I translated business requirements into functional solutions, coordinated implementations using Jira and Confluence, and contributed to developing and launching financial products.
