I’m a recruiter specializing in full-cycle hiring across diverse sectors, including IT and non-IT roles. I focus on streamlining hiring processes through strong stakeholder management and detailed metrics tracking—so we can improve both time-to-fill and candidate experience.

At GetTransfer LTD / Key Group LTD, I handle intake with CTO/EM/PM, profile calibration, job postings, proactive sourcing, screening, technical interview coordination, offers, and onboarding. I’ve recruited across backend, frontend, mobile, QA, DevOps/SRE, and data roles, as well as non-IT positions like operations, support, and marketing.

To keep assessments consistent and decision-ready, I set up technical assessment formats including live coding, system design, and take-home tasks. I also run scorecards, debriefs, and provide timely candidate feedback while using structured funnel and reporting via ATS and Google Sheets/Excel.

I manage hiring SLAs with stakeholders, lead weekly hiring syncs, and track pass-through and time-to-fill to maintain predictable pipelines. I supported multiple product lines in parallel (GetTransfer, GetRentACar, GetTransport, GetExperience, and Soulmatcher) and built unified tracking and reporting across streams, keeping the process candidate-centric.
