What I'm looking for

I'm looking to grow in endpoint administration, cloud, networking, and cybersecurity while supporting enterprise users, devices, and infrastructure.

At American Iron & Metal (AIM), I provide organization-wide Tier 1/2 support across Windows, macOS, mobile devices, business applications, user access, and connectivity.

I took ownership of mobile device management during AIM’s phone transition and administer Apple and Samsung phones and tablets through Microsoft Intune, Samsung Knox, and Apple Business Manager. I manage enrollment, provisioning, app deployment, compliance policies, device lifecycle activities, and remote troubleshooting.

I also support Microsoft 365, Entra ID/Azure AD, macOS, certificate and VPN access, and LAN/Wi-Fi, DHCP/DNS, VLAN, and VPN troubleshooting.

I’m expanding my cloud, networking, and cybersecurity knowledge through ongoing Cisco CCNA and Microsoft AZ-104 studies.
