At CGI, I lead operational readiness for an automated distribution center deployment, coordinating governance, controlled documentation, workforce readiness, validation planning, and executive reporting across engineering, automation, operations, and training. I designed a 22-module Enterprise Operational Governance Platform and an AI-enabled governance capability that reduced document development cycles from days to hours.
At Honeywell’s Fire & Life Safety Platform, I expanded technical publications into program-delivery support across Agile release trains, helping improve on-time delivery from 82% to 96%. I built operating models for 50+ concurrent deliverables, introduced RAID tracking and executive KPI dashboards, and trained 100+ engineers and leaders in Agile/SAFe practices.
