I’m looking for a team where I can build scalable documentation systems for regulatory products—using structured authoring and AI-augmented workflows—while partnering cross-functionally to create consistent, audience-ready content at scale.

I’m a content specialist and technical communicator with 6+ years building and scaling documentation programs for global tax compliance and e-invoicing. I translate complex regulatory and technical requirements—across 23 countries in EMEA and LATAM—into clear, audience-appropriate content that supports faster onboarding and regional consistency.

I’m known for bringing structure to ambiguous environments, moving documentation from manual processes toward scalable, reusable content architectures. At Sovos Compliance, I’ve integrated AI into research and drafting workflows, supported structured DITA authoring in Heretto, and helped consolidate internal knowledge into SharePoint hub pages and templates to improve discoverability and content reuse.
