What I'm looking for

I’m looking for an opportunity to contribute to an organisation, work collaboratively with a team, and continue learning and growing within the company.

At Delta Airline, I assist customers with questions, requests, bookings, and service-related concerns. I handle inquiries across communication channels and update customer information in company systems.

At WNS, I supported customers with product, order, and campaign questions for a fashion brand. I also helped resolve issues involving shipments, returns, exchanges, and order updates.

At I-contact BPO, I worked as a Team leader, supporting agents through coaching, live call monitoring, and performance reporting. Earlier, I handled outbound lead generation and sales as a Solutions Agent.
