I'm looking to help SaaS customers succeed through high-touch onboarding, strategic account management, retention, and expansion in an international, multilingual environment.

At Sales Layer, I managed and scaled 60+ Mid-Market and Enterprise B2B accounts, connecting customer goals to long-term retention and revenue growth.

I led complex onboarding for global clients, supporting ERP, e-commerce, and PIM integrations. I used QBRs, health checks, HubSpot, and PowerBI to drive adoption, mitigate churn, and guide customers into Enterprise and E-Plus upgrades.

Earlier, I led Italy market partnerships at Sparheld International and built digital-market experience across affiliate networks, community engagement, SEO, content, and performance marketing. I work comfortably across English, Spanish, Italian, and German in international environments.
