I've managed operations at Parkview Dental Care, leading a team of seven while overseeing collections, treatment planning, A/R reporting, scheduling, recalls, deposits, unpaid claims, and insurance billing workflows.
I bring more than eight years of front- and back-office dental experience, including chairside assisting, digital X-rays, sterilization, impressions, perio charting, patient case presentations, and PPO, HMO, and Denti-Cal billing.
