What I'm looking for

I'm seeking a financial services role where I can build client relationships, explain complex information clearly, deliver personalized solutions, and help clients achieve their financial goals.

I've supported premium guest experiences at The Boathouse at Disney Springs and Walt Disney World Resort, building positive relationships, managing requests efficiently, and coordinating with teams to keep operations running smoothly.

In retail roles at Nike and Columbia Sportswear, I handled returns, exchanges, customer concerns, inventory records, and product recommendations tailored to customer needs. I consistently focused on clear communication, strong service, and helping customers make confident decisions.

As an Integrated Business graduate from the University of Central Florida, I've co-facilitated more than 15 business presentations and collaborated on cross-functional projects involving data analysis, market research, business simulations, and strategic recommendations.

I'm bilingual in English and Spanish, certified in bookkeeping, and eager to bring my analytical mindset and client-focused approach to financial services.
