At Habitat for Humanity Portland Region – ReStore, I recruited and trained a nine-person team to launch the Tigard location, which exceeded $1M in first-year sales.

I create onboarding resources, SOPs, written guides, and KPI-driven process improvements that make operational information accessible to staff at every experience level. I also manage P&L, labor budgets, facilities, vendors, volunteer programming, and community partnerships.

Previously at Heart Coffee Roasters, I developed a train-the-trainer program and coached a team of three trainers across three cafes and a dedicated training facility. I built interactive training materials and led digital customer support for global wholesale partners and retail customers using Salesforce, Shopify, and Recharge.

In my current customer service work at Holly Hearts Animals, I serve as a primary client contact, maintain detailed service records, resolve inquiries, process payments, and share enrollment feedback to support continuous improvement.
