What I'm looking for
I’m an experienced administrator and credit controller with 10+ years of experience managing high volumes of customer enquiries, reconciling payments, and coordinating tasks across multiple departments. I’m known for delivering accurate work to strict deadlines and adapting quickly when processes change.
In my roles at Bancroft Wines and Pimlico Plumbers, I handled daily reconciliations, processed secure card payments, uploaded invoices to supplier portals, and generated sales invoices and monthly statements.
