I’m an experienced Credit Controller with over 20 years’ success across credit control, customer account management, debt recovery, and high-volume customer service. I’ve built strong cash collection performance by maintaining regular contact with customers, setting clear payment plans, and proactively escalating overdue accounts to protect cash flow. In my current role at Reach Publishing Services Ltd, I manage a portfolio of 800+ customer accounts while resolving complex account queries and improving payment behaviour.
