What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a credit control or accounts receivable role where I can manage ledgers, resolve account queries, improve collections, and support finance teams with reconciliations and cash allocation.

I'm currently helping Birmingham City Council recover commercial rent arrears, reconcile tenant accounts, investigate payment queries, and allocate long-standing suspense cash.

Across contracts with Pareto Facilities Management, Caroola Accountancy, Macquarie Corporate & Asset Finance, Manrose, and Corsair Components, I've managed debtor ledgers, cash allocation, billing backlogs, credit limits, payment plans, account holds, and collections across UK and European accounts. At Corsair, I progressed from Cash Applications, Credit and Collections Analyst to the main Credit Analyst, managing more than 50 accounts across Europe.

I've also built long-term debt recovery experience at Boyes Turner LLP, including letters before action, small claims, court papers, and liaison with High Court Enforcement Officers. I enjoy working closely with finance, operations, sales, property teams, and customers to resolve queries and get accounts paid to terms.
