I’m looking for a credit-control role where I can reduce debtor days, resolve complex client queries quickly, and partner with stakeholders under clear guidelines, delivering dependable results and KPI performance.

I’m a skilled and persuasive communicator with a strong background in credit control, bringing a proactive, intelligent, and reliable approach to every task. In my most recent roles, I’ve managed client collections in line with firms’ policies, Solicitors Accounting Rules, and strict SRA guidelines. I resolve client queries to ensure timely payment of debt, maintain accurate client collection records, and drive down debtor days by proactively managing large international ledgers (including approximately 450 client accounts). I also support partner and fee earner stakeholders through aged debt review meetings and clear reporting.

Across varied fixed-term and permanent contracts, I’ve handled multi-currency ledgers across Europe, Asia, America, and the Middle East, performed credit checks, and supported write-offs, credit notes, transfers, and other ad hoc processing. I’m confident producing WIP reports, statements, and account history reconciliations, while maintaining KPI performance and daily reporting through conference calls to update management on ledger issues.
