I'm looking for opportunities where I can build effective HR systems, strengthen employee experience, improve operations, and support organizational growth through people-focused and customer-focused solutions.

At WAFAD Group, I established the company’s first HR department and built policies, systems, and processes that reduced onboarding time by 30% while improving staff satisfaction. I manage recruitment, talent development, performance, compensation, benefits, employee relations, compliance, and administrative operations.

I’ve also led market entry and merchant onboarding at Hubtel Ghana, expanded client visibility as Head of Marketing at Active TV, and supported payroll, reconciliations, orders, and executive administration at Artos Builders. I bring a customer-focused approach to people management, operational support, conflict resolution, and organizational growth.
