I’m a strategy and operations leader who designs operating models, governance structures, and adoption systems that scale capabilities company-wide and make them stick. I’ve owned a $40M enterprise portfolio and built a cross-functional Center of Excellence spanning 14 departments and 50+ contributors—replacing fragmented operations with one governance model and measurable performance standards.
In my current advisory work, I embed with C-suite leaders and founders to shape operating model design, governance, and adoption across complex, multi-workstream environments. I’ve led reorganizations using Prosci ADKAR and human-centered design to clarify roles, establish performance cadences, and drive adoption of new strategic initiative frameworks.
I design full operating models across client engagements—including business process reengineering, intake workflows, and 90-day quarterly planning—to unlock new revenue workstreams. I also integrate Claude tools (Claude, Claude Cowork, Claude Design) into operating workflows to automate manual processes and recover 10+ hours per week for teams to focus on funding and growth priorities.
Earlier, I owned enterprise portfolio outcomes and built OKR frameworks, executive dashboards, and adoption practices that reduced escalations and sustained improvements over time. Before that, I led SIS modernization and program functions, introduced Prosci ADKAR change management into execution, and strengthened stakeholder engagement through adoption infrastructure like change impact assessments, sponsor roadmaps, communications, and training strategies.
