My name is Daniel André Bekkelund, and I am a dedicated customer service professional with a strong focus on empathy and personalized service. Growing up in Spain, I became fluent in Spanish, and I have also mastered English and Norwegian. My diverse background allows me to connect with a wide range of customers, ensuring their needs are met with care and attention.

Throughout my career, I have gained valuable experience in various roles, from working as a farmer in Norway to serving as a phone and chat agent at Ibex Global Solutions in Nicaragua. My time at Schutz Nordic as an assistant to the area manager honed my skills in team coordination and problem-solving, while my current role has deepened my understanding of customer needs, especially in the tech industry.
