@danielaparicio

I engineer secure, compliant endpoint environments for large macOS, Windows, and iOS device fleets.

Message

At the University of California, Riverside, I engineer endpoint management for a 7,000+ device fleet spanning macOS, Windows, and iOS. I use Jamf Pro, NinjaOne, and Tanium to manage patch rings, software deployment, and security policy enforcement across decentralized campus departments.

I've built campus-wide macOS and iOS configuration profiles for zero-touch provisioning, migrated thousands of unmanaged devices into Active Directory, and enforced least-privilege access and Duo posture checks. I also design Group Policy, resolve GPO conflicts, engineer Windows 11 images with SmartDeploy, and drive vulnerability remediation through Qualys reporting.

My foundation includes Tier 2/3 support, workstation imaging, asset lifecycle management, and user administration across higher education and enterprise environments. I bring hands-on experience with endpoint encryption, MDM, SCCM, ServiceNow, VPN support, and high-volume access control operations.
