I want an HRBP role partnering with leaders to improve performance, talent development, and employee experience in a collaborative, growth-focused environment.

I am an HR Business Partner with broad experience supporting Commercial, Trade, Marketing and factory teams across multinational consumer goods companies. I combine hands-on HR operations knowledge with strategic talent, performance and development work to improve organizational effectiveness.

My background includes negotiating local agreements with unions, designing annual training plans, leading recruitment and onboarding, managing HRIS (SAP) and producing people analytics.
