At MN Europe, I lead and coordinate HR and people initiatives for 10+ international clients across European markets. I partner with senior stakeholders and hiring managers on workforce planning and talent strategy.
I lead workforce planning and recruitment strategy for 40+ positions across IT, engineering, technology, office and managerial functions. I also advise stakeholders on talent availability, compensation benchmarking and market trends.
At ACCENT, I coordinated people and workforce initiatives across 8 European countries and recruited and onboarded approximately 250 professionals. I managed employee lifecycle processes and used people data and reporting to support process improvements and management decisions.
Earlier, as Team Leader at Tamarind, I supervised operational teams, managed workforce scheduling and supported leadership with reporting and workforce planning. My training includes CIPD Level 5 in People Management, EU Employment Law and HR Compliance, and People Analytics.
