At Behavioral Innovations, I provide one-on-one behavioral therapy for children with diagnosed behavioral or developmental conditions. I implement therapy plans and programs developed by a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), who also supervises and monitors client progress.
As a Support Agent at Austin Staffing, Inc./IEnergizer, I provided customer and technical support through email and live chat. I helped troubleshoot software and technical issues and gathered information for bug reports to send to game developers.
At SHSU Academic Success Center, I provided individual and group writing and reading tutoring to help students work toward their academic goals. I also worked as a student assistant note-taker at SHSU Services for Students with Disabilities, attending classes alongside students as a reasonable accommodation.
