What I'm looking for

I am looking for a role that allows me to utilize my ABA expertise while fostering a supportive and collaborative environment for clients and their families.

I am a passionate Board-Certified Behavior Analyst with extensive experience in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy, dedicated to improving the lives of individuals with autism and other developmental challenges. Currently, I work at the Autism Behavioral Institute, where I observe clients, conduct assessments, and create tailored behavior-change programs. My role involves writing behavior plans for insurance submission, analyzing data, and supervising Registered Behavior Technicians to ensure the effective implementation of programs.

Previously, I served as a Board-Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst at Positive Behavior Supports Corp, where I honed my skills in developing behavior plans and providing parent support training. My journey in the field began as a Student Analyst, where I focused on data analysis and program material development. I have also worked as a Life Skills teacher and a Radio Production teacher, where I developed lesson plans and provided direct instruction to diverse groups of learners.
