What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a customer service representative role where I can contribute to company success and increase customer satisfaction.

At IGCN Health, I follow individualized behavior intervention plans and provide one-on-one therapy focused on skill development, communication, and socialization. I also collect and enter data on client behaviors and progress for analysis by a BCBA.

At InterCare Therapy, I provided behavioral intervention using evidence-based practices, collected real-time data, and assisted with individualized treatment plans. I supported clients in developing adaptive skills and communication, emotional regulation, and daily living skills.

My earlier experience includes tracking and analyzing behavior data at CBEST, and responding to customer inquiries and maintaining financial records at Converging Systems. I’m studying sociology at El Camino College.
