Owned delivery and program management for the division technology portfolio, including a seven-wave data platform modernization that put 29 releases into production in ten months. Managed a team of project managers and governed change end to end.

Built a compliance technology capability from zero to 200 people within the first year and operated a unit of 180-198 people. Took legacy AML and KYC systems into regulated production and held regulatory dates to avoid sanction exposure.

Managed a portfolio of 15-20 major projects and over 20 change projects in parallel. Renegotiated statements of work and KPIs with client executives and managed external suppliers.

Digitized the lending archive across 90,000 files, 100 branches, 600 users and 20 departments, reducing document turnaround by 80%. Replaced over 980 printing and scanning devices bank-wide with no branch closed for a day.

Owned the internal regulatory framework, standard operating procedures, function catalogue and organizational structure. Took the first fully digital mortgage application in Romania from discovery to branch adoption.

Led the technology workstream of the merger that created First Bank, including migrating the financial rating system from Moody's to ICAP. Ran cutover with data and contract migration, UAT, regulatory approvals and audit trails.

Managed a branch of 60-65 people with P&L, credit risk, operations, security and human resources. Financed capital investment across industrial, medical and construction sectors with a personal credit approval limit of EUR 500,000.
