At Baker Hughes, I lead external-workforce strategy and transformation across 120+ countries, connecting workforce demand, capabilities, talent channels, technology, economics and risk. I created a Workforce Model Gate to bring build, buy, borrow or automate decisions upstream, before sourcing.
I shape the global operating model, governance, risk posture and transformation roadmap with teams across People & Culture, Procurement, Legal, Finance, IT and the business. My current scope includes strategy for an MSP footprint of 5,000 workers across 26 countries and governance for a broader supplier ecosystem.
At Genesys, I built and advanced a global outsourced-labor strategy spanning 100+ countries, 1,500 resources and $150M in spend. I also developed VMS/EOR roadmaps, resource models and supplier strategies with cross-functional partners.
Earlier, I led global implementation initiatives at KellyOCG / Kelly Services and workforce delivery at Workforce Logiq @ Cox Enterprises, including M&A program-transition activity. I bring experience in workforce architecture, risk-based governance and transformation, supported by PMPĀ®, CCWP and CLSSYB credentials.
