What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can lead and support a service team, maintain exceptional client satisfaction, and drive continuous improvement through clear communication, problem-solving, and strong day-to-day organization.

I’m a results-driven Service Supervisor with experience supporting customer service teams, strengthening client relationships, and resolving complex issues. I supervise daily tasks to ensure high-quality service while adhering to company policies, and I provide guidance and “word tracks” so my team handles requests the right way.

Previously, I worked as a Receptionist/Service Representative where I managed front desk operations, billing/payments, filing systems, and data entry. I also supported underwriting tasks for additional customer information needed, and I’ve successfully led a team to exceed service and sales goals while maintaining excellent customer satisfaction.
