In my current role at GuideOne Insurance, I assist customers, agents, and underwriters by phone and email, handling billing inquiries with professionalism and accuracy. I also research and route incoming phone calls to the right internal work groups and external insurance agencies, and I create documents other teams can use to complete their work.
Previously at Farm Bureau Financial Services, I managed insurance calling programs to initiate and schedule communication between agents and clients, helping ensure customer insurance needs were reviewed effectively. I communicated directly with agents on best practices aligned with clients’ wishes and needs.
