I’m looking for a leadership role where I can own AR/collections and customer experience KPIs, handle escalations, ensure SLA & compliance, and drive data-driven improvements with cross-functional stakeholders—especially in global US/UK environments.

I’m an operations and customer experience professional with 8+ years of experience leading international AR, collections, and customer service teams across US and UK BFSI/BPO environments. I operate as a key escalation point and take clear KPI ownership across SLA and compliance expectations.

In my role as Senior Team Leader – International AR Operations at Radius Global Solutions LLC, I led end-to-end US collections and AR operations for an international account, consistently achieving 99–105% performance targets. I owned account-level performance reporting, drove floor governance and daily operational management, and used KPI analysis to protect account-level targets and prevent SLA breaches.

I lead teams of 13–20 associates through 1-on-1 coaching, call audits, and calibrations to strengthen delivery quality while maintaining compliance standards. I’ve also driven client revenue recovery on delinquent and aging accounts by reviewing aging receivables weekly, prioritizing high-value balances, reducing write-offs, and improving resolution turnaround—building stronger customer and client trust.
