I’m looking for a customer-support role where I can work autonomously, resolve issues end-to-end, and communicate precisely with multilingual customers. I value calm problem-solving, clear workflows, and measurable impact through retention.

I bring 12+ years of international, client-facing experience across Italy and Germany, and I’m confident operating independently in high-pressure environments. I’m Italian native with strong professional English and Russian skills, and I’ve handled real-time guest needs where composure and clear communication mattered.

As a Receptionist/Front Office Agent, I ran evening and night operations as the sole point of contact—managing 60–80 guest interactions per shift across multiple languages. I handled complaints and conflict resolution with full autonomy (including decisions on compensations, upgrades, and exceptional situations within protocol), while maintaining consistently high service quality.

I also strengthen my customer mindset through structured workflow work: PMS management for individual and group reservations, overbooking control, revenue optimization, and daily financial reporting.
