At Medbury, I co-designed and operationalized a centralized medication supply model with University College Hospital, Ibadan—enabling a single-vendor drug supply model, pushing fulfillment to 95–98%, and keeping stock-outs under 2%.
Before that, I led manufacturing facility compliance and regulatory work at Biopharma Nigeria, securing and renewing 20+ NAFDAC product licenses, managing CTD dossier preparation and submissions, and coordinating inspections with minimal non-conformities.
I’ve also run pharmacy operations and compliance at Helix Pharmacy (managing inventory systems and a 15+ team) and supported market growth at Embassy Pharmaceuticals through outreach to doctors and pharmacists.
