I'm particularly interested in applying AI, multimedia, and instructional technologies to improve learning, communication, and user experience.

At Marriott Vacations Worldwide, I directed enterprise UX, multimedia, and digital experience initiatives supporting hospitality brands. I led multidisciplinary teams responsible for UI/UX, interactive design, creative production, and web development.

I partnered with executives, business leaders, marketing teams, developers, and stakeholders to turn complex goals into intuitive digital solutions. I designed scalable design systems, prototypes, enterprise web experiences, and multimedia assets using Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud, HTML, and modern web technologies.

At Starwood Hotels & Resorts, I led UX strategy and multimedia production, creating video content, motion graphics, photography, and interactive media. Earlier, at Xcellimark, I designed and developed responsive websites, multimedia applications, and interactive marketing experiences.

I'm currently a Service manager at Orkin Pest Control, where I lead daily service center operations and analyze performance data to improve efficiency and decision-making.
