I’m looking for a senior creative role where I can lead multimedia video, motion, UI, and brand systems—especially for Learning & Development—while mentoring teams, integrating efficient workflows, and delivering engaging, production-ready assets.

I’m a Visual Design Lead and Senior Multimedia Designer with 20+ years of experience delivering production-ready design across advertising agency, marketing, and Learning & Development environments. I translate brand and instructional strategy into scalable, high-impact visual assets that drive engagement, learning outcomes, and business growth.

At Amazon, I lead the full end-to-end video production lifecycle—from pre-production planning to post-production delivery—supporting Learning & Development training programs and internal promotions.
