I’m looking for an HR role where I can own end-to-end recruitment and payroll, strengthen employee relations, and ensure timely, accurate processing with strong statutory compliance and HRIS-driven workflows.

I’m an HR professional with 2+ years of experience in HR operations, payroll processing, end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and statutory compliance. I focus on accuracy, process transparency, and timely execution across the employee lifecycle.

In my roles, I’ve supported payroll and handled end-to-end Full and Final Settlement, resolving employee queries while maintaining compliance and documentation discipline. I’ve also managed attendance and leave records, HR documentation, and employee master data using HRIS tools like Keka HRIS and ESSL HRIS (and biometric systems), along with preparing HR reports and dashboards for leadership review.

I’ve led recruitment and day-to-day HR support, coordinating interviews, onboarding, and workforce coordination, while contributing to employee engagement and performance management support.
