I'm currently improving client service and compliance operations at Windsor Markets Kenya Limited, a subsidiary of Windsor Brokers. I manage client accounts and documentation, support onboarding, coordinate B2B and B2C communication, and use Salesforce CRM to report service performance.

I work closely with legal, operations, finance, product, and back-office teams to resolve discrepancies, meet regulatory reporting deadlines, and improve turnaround times. By monitoring client satisfaction and KPIs, I provide insights that support process improvements and reduce client churn.

Previously at KCB Bank Kenya Limited, I verified and updated customer account information, organized confidential documents, and maintained organizational databases. I also supported digital banking adoption by resolving platform issues and educating clients and staff on alternative banking channels.

I've delivered strong digital banking results, including 1149% target performance and onboarding more than 695 merchants during a VOOMA recruitment campaign. I bring disciplined administrative support, client communication, workflow coordination, and a commitment to accurate, confidential service.
