What I'm looking for

I'm looking to apply my fraud prevention, compliance, financial analysis, and customer advocacy experience to solving complex financial risks and strengthening internal controls.

At Citi Bank, I analyze high volumes of transactions, accounts, and documents to identify fraud patterns and investigate suspected illegal activity. I publish SAR reports that provide chronological accounts of suspicious activity for government agencies such as FinCEN.

I’ve also supported Citi customers with credit card disputes, payments, fraud resolution, and complex account inquiries while balancing customer advocacy with sound business judgment.
