I’m a compliance-driven operations and customer support professional with 8+ years managing high-volume workloads in regulated environments, including insurance, legal, and compliance-focused work. I combine technical documentation experience with accuracy-critical processes to keep work audit-ready and deadline-safe.

As a Community Supervision Officer (March 2025–Present), I manage a high-volume caseload with precise documentation, deadline tracking, and multi-system recordkeeping. I conduct interviews, investigations, and compliance assessments, then prepare and submit time-sensitive reports aligned with regulatory and procedural requirements.

Previously, I worked as a Claims Adjuster at Progressive Insurance (August 2023–February 2025), processing and evaluating high-volume claims with strict documentation review and regulatory compliance. I performed liability analysis, evidence review, and policy interpretation, partnering across internal teams and external stakeholders to resolve issues and deliver accurate outcomes.

I’ve also reviewed and processed benefit claims as a Benefit Advisor (January 2022–July 2023), determining eligibility through medical documentation while maintaining confidential records across multiple platforms. Earlier, as a part-time Private Investigator (August 2021–December 2022), I handled interviews, evidence collection, OSINT research, and chain-of-custody reporting—strengthening my disciplined, detail-first approach. Currently, I’m completing a Master of Legal Studies (MLS) focused on compliance and operational processes.
