I've carried a P&L as CEO of Bare Studios, where I architected the financial and operating lifecycle of a $280K+ business through its successful 2025 exit. I improved operating profit margins by 25% through pricing models, expense reduction, and KPI dashboards.

At Aurumverse Investment, I led growth strategy, go-to-market, partnerships, and capital relations for a real-world-asset tokenization platform. I independently built its AI capital-relations engine, processing 2,225 inbound leads end to end while keeping routing decisions outside the model and reducing a bulk CRM import from roughly 7,500 API calls to under 10.

Through Jidoka Group, I run operational diagnostics and build the systems founder-led leadership teams run on: operating cadence, ownership maps, KPI frameworks, executive reporting, CRM integrations, dashboards, automation, and governed AI agents. I designed Jidoka Core as a shared operating layer for 16 business systems and authored 200 agent specifications across 11 business functions.

I build AI with clear boundaries: deterministic code owns financial and routing decisions, permissions and audit trails make capabilities inspectable, and human review handles conflicting evidence. My REIDE underwriting platform produces reproducible investment metrics and makes every material value traceable to its source, calculation, input, or approval.
